Like the scattered pieces of this puzzle, this is now my life messy, disoriented and fragmented.  When my husband passed it felt like I was knocked over and my life scattered.

Life does not give us permission before it changes everything. The unexpected aspects of our existence, the flaws, broken moments, the pains, and grief feels like being sealed inside a chrysalis -- the world moves on, but you are inside, rearranging slowly taking time to step back into life again.
